A few things to know

Do you charge a commission at closing?

No. You pay the flat fee for your selected package, not a listing commission based on your sale price. Each tier includes the benefits listed above. Separate buyer-broker compensation, if agreed, and other closing costs are not included in the package fee.

Can I submit my listing or pay online?

Yes. Create an account, confirm your email, review your package and service terms, and pay securely through Stripe. Then complete your property details for broker review. Payment does not publish a property or sign the separate listing agreement.

Does contacting you publish my home on the MLS?

No. An inquiry does not create a listing agreement or publish a property. The broker will confirm the required steps and timing with you.

Is my property in your service area?

We serve Palm Beach and Martin counties, Florida. Send us an inquiry to confirm your property’s eligibility and the available services.

How do I confirm cancellation terms and fees?

Ask the broker for the applicable written service and cancellation terms before committing or making a payment.
