Riverside Realty of Florida, LLC operates Florida Flat Fee MLS at FFFMLS.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact Johnh@rrfla.com or 561-727-9487.

We collect account and contact information, property details, photos, documents you upload, communications, review history, package selections, payment status, and records of your acceptance of service terms. Essential cookies and technical logs support sign-in, security, troubleshooting, and operation of the website. We use this information to provide requested brokerage services, process orders, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records.

When you send a website inquiry, we store your name, email, optional phone number, and question in our email delivery records and send them through Resend to John at Johnh@rrfla.com so we can respond. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include sensitive financial or identity information.

Service providers

• Render hosts the application and its working data, including uploaded files.
• Stripe processes payments through its hosted checkout. Do not enter card information into listing forms or uploaded documents. Our application stores order and payment references, not full card numbers or card security codes.
• Resend processes service emails, such as account and submission notifications.
• Cloudmersive receives uploaded document contents for malware checking. Documents remain unavailable for download until they pass the application's scan checks. Scanning reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a file is safe.
• Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted offsite backups of application records and files.

Authorized brokerage staff and providers handle information as needed for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud, disputes, or protect rights. Provider processing is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Private information and listing publication

Private account details and documents are not displayed in public property listings. Submitting or paying through this site does not automatically publish a property. After broker review and the separate property-specific listing agreement, approved property details and photos may be entered into the MLS and distributed through listing services. Public listing information may be copied or retained by others; we cannot guarantee immediate removal of third-party copies.

Website photo copies are resized and re-encoded with embedded metadata removed. Keep original high-resolution files for brokerage photography needs. Do not upload passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, or identification documents.

Retention and your requests

We retain information for service delivery, necessary business records, security, disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Brokerage records can require retention after a listing ends or an account closes. Removing a document from a submission hides it from that submission but does not immediately erase retained copies or backups. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain information where required or permitted by applicable law.

Security and communications

We use access controls and other safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Service emails are distinct from optional marketing subscriptions. This service is intended for adults authorized to engage the brokerage. Contact us if information was submitted without authorization. Links to other websites, including the brokerage's property-search site, are governed by their own notices. We will date changes to this notice and provide additional notice when appropriate.
